Quote Registry provides educational comparisons and aggregated market information derived from submitted proposals and other disclosed sources. Results are informational only. They are not a contractor estimate, appraisal, inspection, engineering opinion, legal advice, financial advice or guarantee of price, quality, availability or outcome.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for evaluating contractors, licenses, insurance, permits, contracts, property conditions and professional advice. Do not rely on Quote Registry as the sole basis for a construction, financing or safety decision.

Submitted quotes

You may submit only documents and information you lawfully possess and are permitted to share. You confirm that submissions are genuine and not fabricated, manipulated or submitted to distort a benchmark. Subject to our Privacy Policy, you grant Quote Registry a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, verify, anonymize, aggregate, analyze and publish non-identifying facts from the submission.

Prohibited conduct

You may not submit malware, personal information belonging to others without authority, confidential bid material you are prohibited from sharing, false records, automated spam or content intended to manipulate results. You may not scrape private interfaces, defeat security controls or use the service to harass a homeowner or contractor.

Data quality and corrections

Construction scopes and markets vary. Records may contain errors and coverage may be incomplete. Quote Registry may reject, correct, suppress, reclassify or remove records and may change its methodology. Confidence scores describe evidence quality; they are not guarantees of prediction accuracy.

Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is” and may change or be unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quote Registry disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
